About me – a Provence wedding photographer

How should I introduce myself?
Well, I am a compulsive bibliophile who loves nothing more than seeing my bedside table collapse under the weight of books that, yes, of course, one day I will have read them all, yes, yes, I assure you. I am also an amateur film buff who spends hours in dark theatres, whether to discover a little-known arthouse film or to consume a big-budget blockbuster.

My background is rather eclectic: a degree in theatre, Sciences Po Toulouse, security manager for a social housing office, but also work in communications. I live in Auriol, in the heart of Provence. I have lived in Ireland, and I have also had the chance to discover Ukraine and develop very strong ties there.

My approach to wedding photography

As a wedding photographer, I seek to capture your emotions and provide you with unique, personal, and intimate photographs. Photographs of you, and no one else. Photographs that will remain just as powerful years later, which you can share with your loved ones.

Photographs that will serve to introduce your family and your story to those who are most dear to you.

I tend to think that a photographer’s eye is an extension of their soul. And that my soul has been nourished by travel, films and reading.

Photographe de mariage en Provence

From a technical standpoint, I learned everything on the job, in the streets of Marseille, or while reporting from all corners of Provence. I have also spent countless hours training to improve and become an even better photographer.

But my approach to wedding photography is not technical: it is deeply emotional.

Jeux d'un couple amoureux

To understand what I mean, take a look at this photo. I took it when I barely knew how to use a camera and was sightseeing.
Technically, it’s a failure. But it radiates joy, happiness, and life. And it’s unique. Unique to this couple I happened to come across in a park in Vienna.

That is the meaning of my approach, what I offer you: a snapshot of your love, which will take its place in your family archives.

Wedding photographer in Provence, South of France

I am fortunate to live in the most beautiful region in the world: Provence, South of France. What better setting to immortalise the happiest day of your life? What better backdrop to enhance your love?

Whether you prefer the sea or forests, traditional villages or majestic churches, fields of lavender, olive trees, or even tulips, you are sure to find what you are looking for in the South of France.
As long as you like the sound of cicadas, of course!

I strive to combine the beauty of Provence’s landscapes with your emotions and your love to enhance your wedding photos.
